If you are looking for a realtor who knows Fort Myers Beach and Southwest Florida, then look no further. Jeff Nesbit grew up on Estero Island and has been a licensed realtor for more than 30 years. He graduated from University of South Florida with a BA in Business Finance in 1990 and received his General Contractor’s license in 1991. He started out working as a contractor for 10 years but then realized his passion was in working with people in real estate and vacation rentals. He values building lifelong relationships when it comes to helping people find their own piece of paradise here in Southwest Florida.
Jeff joined his mother Kathy Nesbit in the family business, Nesbit Real Estate and Kathy Nesbit Vacations. Kathy started the family business of real estate and vacation rentals in 1976 when he was a boy, so he grew up being familiar with customer service. Jeff’s years in residential and commercial construction have been a valuable benefit to him as a knowledgeable realtor. He truly enjoys helping people whether that is buying a home or offering people a great vacation. Jeff believes that when you love what you do it is not a job. He thoroughly knows Fort Myers Beach and every Condominium and neighborhood inside and out. He also does business from Cape Coral to Naples and has a vast knowledge of this entire region. As an avid boater and fishermen Jeff also knows the Gulf and bay which is crucial in selling waterfront property.
When not taking care of customer needs Jeff enjoys spending time with his family. Jeff and his wife Carmen have 3 sons (who are triplets) who are now young men. One son is married, and he and their daughter in law now have 2 grandbabies as well! Jeff and Carmen enjoy traveling, seeing family, boating, fishing, and going to the Keys as some of their favorite things to do.
